3. Marketing on Packaging

In some ways, package marketing is similar to print marketing, since it involves developing designs and phrases to go on a label. However, in contrast to print marketing, the advertisement is placed directly on the item that a customer purchases. Having effective packaging helps ensure that customers will buy from you again, and may attract new customers by word of mouth. For example, if you own a casual dining restaurant, you can place your name and logo on your to-go containers. This way, other people that live with the customer might see your name and logo when going through the refrigerator.
