2.Make printer online using settings

  3. Select your printer and on the right-pane tap on the Open Queue.
  4. Choose the Printer tab & double-click on the Use Printer Offline option to remove the checkmark on the icon bar.
  5. Wait for some time to get the printer back online.

3.Turn printer online using device manager

Right-click on the Start button and click on the device manager. On Device Manager Screen, click on the Action tab and select the Devices and Printers option in the drop-down menu.  Then, right-click on the Offline Printer & select what’s printing option.

Remove Use Printer Offline Mode from the menu and press Ok to save the settings.

4.Remove and Re-install Printing Machine

Type Windows + I key and open the Settings> Devices> Printers and Scanners> Choose the printer> Remove Device> Yes.

To insert the printing machine, the steps are the same till Printers and Scanners and then click on Add a printer.  

5.Eliminate existing print queues

At last, you have to clear all the print queues present in the list. As the clogged print queue can be the main cause of this error.

To eliminate the printing queues, you have to implement these steps:

  1. Press Windows + I key to open up the settings  
  2. Go to Devices> Printers & Scanners
  3. Choose your printer from the list & click to Open Queue
  4. On the top toolbar, click to the Printer> Cancel all Documents or Queues  

Your print queues get deleted and the printer status changes from Offline to Online.
