earphonehq

If you are a person who has to make a lot of calling during the day, and you may have decided to purchase a wireless earphone but then you maybe wondering whether wireless earphones are any good for calling or not Since they are wireless and work on Bluetooth connectivity so it maybe a confusion whether one should get them for calling purpose. This same question will be answered in this blog post today and we will not compare the wired earphone calling with wireless because that’s pointless because a comparison between wired and wireless is not the right thing to do. If we want to compare wireless and other wireless product this,it’s okay but wireless and wired comparison is not something we should do.

So in this blog post you will get to know how good a wireless earphone can be for calling pursues and what type of wireless earphones are good for making calling

Let’s get started

Wireless earphones come with Built-in microphone. If I talk about wireless neckbands, then they come with 1 microphone and in wireless earbuds there are 2 microphones so that you can also use single earbud whenever you want to and keep other earbud in the charging case. But if we talk about wireless headphone they either come with AUX support which has a built-in microphone or some headphones are completely wireless and don’t support AUX. So we are leaving headphones out of this decision but if you are looking for wireless headphone you can read about them on https://www.earphonehq.comwebsite. So in this blog we will only focus on wireless earbuds and neckbands.

Neckbands have one mic and this mic is built in such a way that is rests on your shoulder and close to mouth. So being close to mouth it can produce high volume sound during calls, means that you don’t have to speak very loud in order for another person to hear your voice on the phone but it doesn’t mean that the microphone is close to mouth so it will work loud and clear, if you have a microphone of bad quality it will not catch your voice clearly even if it’s close to mouth and it will also pick background noise and disturb your calls.

Earbuds have 2 mics but the microphone is not close to your mouth, but if you have a earbud with good mic quality it will catch your voice clear and loud. But if you don’t have good microphone, you will not be able to make clear calls.

So it should be clear that microphone being close or far from mouth doesn’t actually play any role in the call clarity, yes a mic close to mouth will be louder than a mic far from mouth. But the clarity of the microphone depends upon the noise cancellation feature available in the microphone and you will not get good noise cancellation in cheap wireless earphones, you may get surrounding noise isolation or cancellation but if you want to get good noise cancellation earphones then you need to increase your budget. Otherwise most of the wireless earphone perform better during calls and importantly if you are taking calls inside but few wireless earphones and earbuds don’t perform good when you are taking calls outside or outdoor where their is lot of wind or traffic
