Microsoft Dynamics is a host to a shape over — Dynamics 365 Talent Attract and Dynamics 365 Talent Onboard are retiring. This is done in the wake of renaming of the core HR capability into Dynamics 365 Human Resource.
In a release, Microsoft announced that
“Starting February 1, 2020, our current core HR capabilities will be renamed Dynamics 365 Human Resources. The new name reflects our commitment to helping HR professionals create data-driven programs that improve the employee experience. In October, we announced our investments in the rights to strategic solutions from FourVision and Elevate HR to accelerate HR operations innovation within leave and absence, time and attendance, and benefits administration. These new capabilities will begin rolling out within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partners UAE Human Resources in early 2020.”
The four areas which will be looked after in the Human Resource module are now:

Employee Experience:
Through Dynamics HR, your employees can develop their own centralized platforms which will help them piece together all their accomplishments, skills, certifications, and interests at a single place. Feedback to and from employees can be managed at a single place, visible to people around your employees.
Any updates about an employee, their on-going projects, their certifications, achievements, life events and their timeline with your company can be developed and managed by the employee through self-service which is then visible to the Human Resource department. The department can pick and choose relevant employees to build optimized and efficient teams which can further enhance operations in your organization or business.

Along with the capability of finding the right people to build effective teams, HR teams get a lot of functionalities with Dynamics 365 Human Resource.
Easy management of absence:
Through a centralized reporting system, all absences and changes in the allowance can be made instantly. Similarly, you can track employees and their absences and can make appropriate actions regarding their absences.
Management of Benefits:
As employees in a huge corporation are not granted the same privileges from top to bottom, it often becomes a lot to track and handle individual benefits and their execution individually. Through Dynamics 365 Human Resource, you can add benefits and their execution and release for every employee separately once and it will be carried out in the future automatically. Concerned departments will be notified before release and management can make instant changes in case of developments.
