The MP Urja Daksh LED Bulb Ujala Yojana was implemented by the renewable energy department of Madhya Pradesh and the central government. For this scheme, the state government distributed LED bulbs in various districts, with 20 lakh bulbs in Rewa district only. This scheme was implemented by the government on a no-profit, no-loss basis. Under this scheme, LED bulbs were distributed through fixed distribution agents, and the energy-efficient services limited by the Indian government provided help to the state government in this regard.

Purpose of MP Urja Daksh LED bulb Ujala yojana

The main objective of this scheme was to provide bulbs at a low cost to the residents of MP. This scheme helps you to save the power of 25 to 30 units per year, i.e., you will save Rs 150 to 180 per year, and farmers are provided with solar pumps so that the problem of power cuts and non-availability will be solved for them. To get the LED bulbs under the MP Urja Daksh LED Bulb Ujala Yojana, you must visit any LED distribution centre near you which may include- markets, power bill collection offices, post offices and akshay Urja shops, show them your identity card, pay Rs 85 per bulb and get the bulb.
